The SkyRC Tire Gluing Jig is an electric turntable that significantly simplifies the precise and even gluing of RC tire sidewalls. This tool is designed for ambitious RC drivers who want to enhance the performance and consistency of their model through professional tire preparation. A clean gluing process reinforces the tire sidewalls, reduces deformation at high speeds, and noticeably improves stability in corners.

Key Features

  • Even Rotation: A motor with low, constant speed rotates the tire, allowing for clean adhesive application without splatters.
  • Variable Control: The rotation speed can be continuously adjusted to your working pace via a rotary knob, while a switch allows for changing the direction of rotation (clockwise and counter-clockwise).
  • Flexible Power Supply: Operation is possible via an XT60 connector with an input voltage of 6 to 12 V DC, allowing use with a 2S LiPo battery at the track or a power supply in the workshop.
  • Secure Tire Mounting: A precisely fitting mounting arbor secures the wheel with a locking screw, ensuring it sits securely and centrally on the axle during the gluing process.
  • Optimized Handling: Reinforced sidewalls provide more predictable handling and increased cornering stability, which is particularly beneficial on carpet and clay tracks.
  • Stable Stand: The device is equipped with non-slip rubber feet, ensuring a secure grip on the pit table or workbench.
